I'm can't help but ponder on the Titans' pick-ups so far, because they're getting so many names that every fan knows and everyone is talking about. Myron Rolle(6th round), Stephon Johnson(Undrafted FA), and Legarrette Blount(UFA) have all signed with the Titans, and it's barely costing the team at all (a 6th round guy and two UFAs don't make much).
So I think the Titans are doing this for publicity, which is odd because Tennessee is usually a quiet team(in terms of the public eye). But think about it, they have already gotten three big-storied college players... Rolle is a Rhodes Scholar, Blount punched a Boise player, and Stephon Johnson inspired hundreds when he came back to football after dropping a weight on his neck.
Don't get me wrong, I like it. Everyone is always complaining about how the Titans never do anything, so it's cool to see them in the news.
